Information Communication Technology Support
BEC provides subscription ICT support for the Online Applications and Modular Web Site services to cover up to six phone call incidents per year or two phone calls and one on-site visit lasting a maximum of three hours.
Further phone calls or on-site time will be charged pro rata.
Cost: £200 per year.
