About the Employment Pack
The Employment Pack is intended to be useful and informative, however it cannot cover all possible circumstances. We have no knowledge of your particular situation-so please take this into account when reading and using this Employment Pack to assess and plan your requirements before seeking appropriate professional advice.
The Employment Pack has four elements:
- basic form of employment contract
- basic staff handbook
- explanatory notes
- useful information section
Each element is downloadable separately as a pdf file from the Resources section at the bottom of this page. You will need to have a copy of the free Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Please note that as they are only examples, both the employment contract and the staff handbook are read only. The explanatory notes and useful information pdf files can also be printed out.
It should be noted that employment contracts for senior management or executive positions usually cover a number of matters which are outside the scope of this Employment Pack and are not contained in the example employment contract.
Nothing in this Employment Pack is legal advice or other advice. If legal or other advice is required, you must contact a lawyer or suitable professional advisor.
